The Mind is a Battlefield!

I have been reflecting, of late, on how incredibly powerful the mind is.

The truth and power of your mind show the depth of your soul. The two are so interconnected.

I wrote, last year, a book and course titled "Finding HOPE Overcoming Maladies of the Mind". As some who know me know, I have had my fair share of mind battles. It is amazing to me the power a thought can have.

The Bible says to take our thoughts captive and bring them subject to the knowledge and salvation of Jesus (2 Corinthians 10:5). It is through this process of submitting to the power of Jesus that I have found relief and stand in my authority, which is given to me as a believer and Child of God.

When war breaks out in your mind, fear can tend to try to take hold/take root.

If this speaks to you on this day, I would like to encourage you, my friend, to stand strong in Him who has called you worthy.

We are starting a business, Stop For A Moment Enterprises. In its infancy, it is about teaching people to think differently and approach life in a new way. Jesus died to give us life and life in abundance. I have started tutoring as part of this endeavour.

Students, too, have a battlefield in their minds. It is important to speak God's Word over your children for them to learn to break the discord that can be experienced. For learning is meant to be fun, noble, and worship of our Creator God. Worship is more than music... it is in how we live.

The more we worship our Lord Jesus, the greater the victory in the mind. Life and life's obstacles/mountains change and move.
