Are you blunt or sharp?

I was reflecting, meditating, and praying for this new day that is about to dawn, and I saw a vision of a green-coloured pencil. It was a little bit blunt, but would still be considered usable.

It made me wonder…

I wonder… Do you approach your day as usable? We all colour our lives with the stories we tell and live life accordingly.

I believe that there is a Master Storyteller. He writes our story from before we were born, the Bible says. When we use blunt pencils, I find we colour over the lines. The lines of our lives are blurred. We each have the opportunity to see the world that has been created, but do we see it and write our story with Him who is the Master of it?

The Master is a teacher. He teaches us well. He teaches me that if I sharpen that green pencil, the story or picture that I am creating of my life, with Him, will have greater definition and precision.

I want that, do you?

I would like to encourage you to sharpen your pencils and see what colours look good for your story. Let us be creative like the Creator.
